Your data is collected, stored and used by ENGAGE in order to provide the best possible service for you.

OF DEFINITIONS
- USERS: it refers both to the USER contractor, as the EMPLOYEE USER.
- CONTRACTING USER: the user who contracts one of ENGAGE's plans and who will have access to the platform and all its functionalities, including the creation of training, which will be carried out by COLLABORATING USERS.
- USER DEVELOPER: are the employees of the contractor 's ENGAGE that have the platform to carry out the training and other features, according to the settled and adjusted between the USER contractor and ENGAGE.
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We at ENGAGE have access to the basic information of the CONTRACTING USERS at the time of signing the Contract for the provision of the service, including CNPJ and business address.
By using the our services, the USER contractor performs the registration of USERS DEVELOPERS by means of our platform.
At the time of registration, the following information may be requested:
- Name;
- E-mail; and
- CPF.
In addition, we collect some standard information that your browser sends to each website you visit, such as the IP address, type and language of the browser, access times and addresses of referring websites. For example, we may use web analytics on our websites to extract information tools of your browser including your source site, search engines them and the keywords you used to find our site, the pages you view within of our website. In addition, the data may be used for the purpose of performing statistical analyzes related to the uses of the Websites. These statistics are used to better serve our customers.
After the registration, the USERS CONTRACTING if use of one ID of the company and one password to access the services of ENGAGE through t he platform. The access platform to give by means of the "Login" which is located on site or at this link: https://my.engage.bz/login/
In the event of a lost password, the email will be used to retrieve and create a new password to access the platform.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING THESE DATA?
This information and data is collected for the following purposes:
- provide service of support to USERS CONTRACTORS;
- make personalized and direct contact with the CONTRACTING USERS ;
- create the minimum registration required to provide the service;
- carry out the sending of messages from marketing to maintenance of USER S CONTRACTORS;
- monitor the activities of the registered legal entity, so that the platform is able to fulfill its purpose, as provided for in the Terms and Conditions of Use and on our website; and
- constant improvement of services provided through the platform;
- sending of reminders and notifications to USERS DEVELOPERS abou t new steps games, on the results, about new features;
- notification about the new steps on the path of learning;
- notification about COLLABORATING USERS who have completed / started the learning path ;
- notification about the results of a learning trail ;
It is important to mention that the ENGAGE not collect any type of data personal sensitive, such as, data on racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, filiation the union or the religious character of the organization, philosophical or political, given refferent health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data when bound to uma person natural.
It is also important to mention that only collects data from the ENGAGE USERS CONTRACTORS, when the hiring of services. The ENGAGE not coll ect data from USERS EMPLOYEES. Only the CONTRACTING USER has direct control over this data, precisely because it is up to the CONTRACTING USER to guarantee access to the platform by COLLABORATING USERS. In this sense, ENGAGE is not responsible for the eventual collection and treatment of data from COLLABORATING USERS.
However, exceptionally, ENGAGE can access data of USERS EMPLOYEES, having in view that the backup of these data is give in the cloud system platform.
DATA STORAGE
Important to say that when we request some personal data, even if not sejam sensitive, we will always ask whether you consent to provide them and us talso commonly we will indicate at the time of collection, for what purpose this information swas used, very clearly and prominently.
If the purpose of using the data changes, we will contact you to request a new consent.
It is worth noting that the website can identify and store information related to CONTRACTING USERS and visitors through Cookies.
You have complete freedom to choose to disable Cookies . To do so, just disable the option of saving and reading data by Cookies, present in the settings of the browser used. It is also possible to prevent Cookies by the Antivirus system, if you have installed it on your computer or cell phone.
INFORMATION AND CORRECTION OF DATA
As provided for in the General Data Protection Law, you, the CONTRACTING USER, may, when you wish, ask ENGAGE to inform you what data we have.
You can also correct some data, change it or update it and you have the right to request that your data be deleted at any time, as long as you do not use or no longer want to use the ENGAGE platform.
In addition, you can also contact us for information about the processing of your data. We will make this information available for free and clearly.

It is through this same email that you can request data portability and revoke your consent for data processing.
Important to say that the USERS EMPLOYEES, to have access to these data collected, should contact directly with the USER CONTRACTING PARTY, who registered and gave access to the ENGAGE platform. This way, to bring more speed to the process of access, correction, information, deletion of data of USERS EMPLOYEES, the ENGAGE advises that all and a ny contact is made directly with the USER CONTRACTOR ENGAGE.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD AND INCIDENT INVOLVING THE DATA
The data collected by ENGAGE are stored for a period of 2 years after the end of the use of the platform. This is the time necessary for this data to be treated, in the form of art. 15 of the LGPD, and that the purposes of the treatment are realized, mainly with regard to the sending of advertisements that are assertive and effective, as well as for us to be able to communicate and notify with continuity and periodicity the services that are being provided to our customers.
If we have an incident or accident involving the data (data leakage, platform invasion, among others), we have a procedure that consists of the best security measures found on the market, aiming to mitigate any damages.
It is noteworthy that the data DEVELOPER USER are the property of the USER contractor of ENGAGE and can be stored in the system for the history of the USER contractor, even if the USER DEVELOPER shut down the company that hired the ENGAGE.
When a CONTRACTING USER decides to terminate the contract with ENGAGE, all data of the COLLABORATING USERS is stored and available for backup, only by the CONTRACTING USER, and not by ENGAGE, during the period of 30 (thirty) days. After this period, the USER CONTRACTING PARTY will no longer have access to any data that has been registered by COLLABORATING USERS on the platform. and the data will be permanently deleted.
DATA RETENTION
The data collected by ENGAGE are stored for a period of 2 years after the end of the use of the platform. This is the time necessary for this data to be treated, in the form of art. 15 of the LGPD, and that the purposes of the treatment are realized, mainly with regard to the sending of advertisements that are assertive and effective, as well as for us to be able to communicate and notify with continuity and periodicity the services that are being provided to our customers.
Regarding Zoom customer data, how long we retain depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process the data. We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
THE GUARD AND THE SHARING OF DATA
ENGAGE has the objective to establish one relationship of trust with the holder of the data through a transparent operation that aims to ensure the mechanisms of participation of the holder.

It is worth remembering that this data is stored in order to maintain a commercial and service provision relationship to CONTRACTING USERS.
In addition, it is worth saying: ENGAGE in no way shares or will share data with other companies.
Personal data of collaborating USERS only will never be disclosed by ENGAGE, precisely because ENGAGE does not have access to that data.
THE YOUR RIGHTS AS A HOLDER OF DATA
Finally, it is important to mention that you, the data owner, have your rights guaranteed by ENGAGE, as provided for in the General Data Protection Law, such as:
I - confirmation of the existence of treatment;
II - access to data;
III - correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
IV - anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or treated data that does not comply with the provisions of this Law;
V - data portability to another service or product supplier, upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, with due regard for commercial and industrial secrets ;
VI - elimination of personal data treated with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for in art. 16 of this Law;
VII - information from public and private entities with which the controller made shared use of data;
VIII - information on the possibility of not providing consent and on the consequences of the refusal;
IX - revocation of consent.
